Black Friday sales can be overwhelming, but we're here to make things simple. This guide contains everything you need to know about our Black Friday sale, to make sure you aren't missing out on anything!

Q: How do I get the sale price?
A: All sales are calculated automatically once items are added to your cart!
Q: How long until I get my order?
A: We are closed from December 28th to January 2nd. We will do our best to get Boxing Day orders out on December 27th, but we may not be able to do all of them. Remaining orders and customs will ship out in the New Year!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I shop in person?
CL attends several horse shows and pop-up events every year. We are limited to the Ontario and Quebec regions of Canada at the moment, but we are always willing to consider other venues. If you have a venue you'd like us to attend, please let us know and we will do our best to attend!
Can I modify my order after I place it?
If your order has not been shipped out, it may be possible to make changes post-payment. Send us an email as soon as you require a change. We can not guarantee any changes can be made after the purchase.
What is your return policy?
All items on clearance are final sale. In the event that CL is at fault for an error in an order, we will rectify the issue as soon as we can. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for both the return shipping of the first item, and the shipping of the replacement item (in the event of an exchange).
Do you ship internationally?
CL is proud to offer international shipping, but unfortunately, shipping outside of North America can be pricey and has a long time frame for delivery (up to 6+ weeks).
