Clearance items are final sale. 

Online Returns: 

All custom items are final sale. 

Returns are accepted for non-custom items as long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it, and within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us for a return confirmation and we will provide you with the mailing address. Full refund will be given once the item reaches us. We will only provide return slips in the event that the return is due to damaged product or in the event that there are incorrect products in your package that do not match your order. This applies to both returns and exchanges. 

In Person Returns: 

In person returns and exchanges are only accepted at the same event that they were purchased at. Receipt may be required for proof of purchase. Cash and debit purchases will be returned as cash, credit purchases will be returned to the credit card.
