We understand the importance of spreading holiday cheer, and we want to help make sure your gifts reach their destinations with time to spare. Refer to the holiday shipping deadlines table below for an estimate on ordering deadlines to have your order by December 24th. 

Note: these dates are estimated with the help of our shipping carrier, and we can not 100% guarantee any shipping dates. Once a package is handed off to our shipping partner, it is out of our control.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I shop in person?

CL attends several horse shows and pop-up events every year. We are limited to the Ontario and Quebec regions of Canada at the moment, but we are always willing to consider other venues. If you have a venue you'd like us to attend, please let us know and we will do our best to attend!

Can I modify my order after I place it?

If your order has not been shipped out, it may be possible to make changes post-payment. Send us an email as soon as you require a change. We can not guarantee any changes can be made after the purchase.

What is your return policy?

All items on clearance are final sale. In the event that CL is at fault for an error in an order, we will rectify the issue as soon as we can. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for both the return shipping of the first item, and the shipping of the replacement item (in the event of an exchange).

Do you ship internationally?

CL is proud to offer international shipping, but unfortunately, shipping outside of North America can be pricey and has a long time frame for delivery (up to 6+ weeks).
